ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been selected to provide Agency Leasing and Asset Services for Peachtree Center, a 2.48 million-square-foot office and retail district in downtown Atlanta. Transwestern’s Chip Roach, Stephen Clifton and Zach Wooten will lead the leasing efforts, and Russell Lipscomb will manage asset services on behalf of the owner.

Peachtree Center is the focal point of downtown Atlanta. Spanning six buildings, the district features more than 50 restaurants and retail shops connected to 2.3 million square feet of office space and three hotels offering more than 4,000 rooms.
Peachtree Center includes interconnected covered walkways with a MARTA station, and is walkable to Georgia State University, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park and Georgia World Congress Center.
