Military Aerospace Manufacturer Nearly Triples Footprint at Mercantile Center

FORT WORTH – Transwestern announces InterConnect Wiring LLP, , a global leader in military aerospace electrical wiring harnesses, has signed a 136,900-square-foot full-building lease at 4901 Mercantile Drive in Fort Worth, Texas, within Mercantile Center Addition. Transwestern’s Kirk Kelly and Blake Grable represented the tenant in the transaction.
InterConnect Wiring LLP, will significantly expand its operations to the facility. The move will allow the company to nearly triple its footprint while continuing to serve major defense contractors and meet increasing demand driven by strong defense spending and domestic aerospace manufacturing.
Located in north Fort Worth, the facility features a fully HVAC-conditioned warehouse and substantial parking to accommodate the company’s specialized manufacturing operations. The location also enables InterConnect to remain close to its established workforce and key industry partners within one of the nation’s leading defense manufacturing hubs.

Mercantile Partners, L.P. owns the property, which is managed by Mercantile Corporation of Fort Worth.
