MIAMI – Transwestern’s Miami office today announces its promotion of Thomas Kresse to Managing Director. This announcement comes on the heels of his contributions to the continued success of the firm’s South Florida industrial team in representing of some the largest industrial users in the market and facilitating numerous leasing and sale transactions on behalf of major institutional owners and investors.
For the past 18 years, Kresse has been a member of one of the leading real estate advisory teams in the South Florida market that includes Senior Managing Directors Ben Eisenberg and Walter Byrd, as well as Carlos Gaviria, who has been promoted to Vice President.
