Charlie Weil joined Transwestern in 2007 and specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation in the San Antonio and South Texas area emphasizing integrity, energy, market knowledge and client-first service. Additionally, he plays a key role in local and regional business development.


Since joining Transwestern, Charlie has completed over 295 transactions totaling over 1.5 million SF with a cumulative value of over $200 million. In 2017 Charlie was promoted to vice president and was recognized as a Costar Power broker in 2013, 2015 and 2016. Charlie has distinguished himself by achieving superior results for his clients by coupling market expertise with strong local relationships and a client-centric approach. Charlie has proficiency in several classes of real estate including office, medical office and flex/industrial properties. In his career representing both users and landords, Charlie has completed transactions ranging form small individual offices to corporate relocations upwards or 70,000 square feet. Some of Charlie’s notable clients include Dornin Investment Group, Health Care Properties (HCP), Transwestern Development Company (TDC), Torchlight Investors, Omninet, RLA Real Estate, DDRS, Indofin, Wereldhave USA, Whitestone REIT, and Lloyd’s Register.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Charlie assisted in all aspects of developing build-to-suit packages, construction, and completion of numerous projects within the Cuatro Milpas industrial project in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Charlie graduated from Southern Methodist University – Dallas/Cox School of Business with a B.A. in Finance and a minor in History. Charlie received his SIOR designation in 2017 and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas
