HOUSTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that Safespill, a fire protection flooring system manufacturer, has signed a 192,400-square-foot lease to fully occupy the recently delivered Brittmoore Industrial Development. The property is owned by an Ares Management fund and managed by the Ares Industrial Management team, a leading owner and operator of logistics facilities. Transwestern’s Brian Gammill and Carter Thurmond represented Safespill in lease negotiations.

“This move marks a significant milestone for Safespill as we expand our operations to meet the growing demand of our clients,” said Tristan Mackintosh, CEO at Safespill. “The new facility will not only enhance our production capabilities but also streamline our operations, resulting in reduced costs and faster manufacturing times.”

The manufacturing and headquarter facility is expected to be fully operational in Q4 of this year.

The Class A infill distribution building is strategically located off Beltway 8 in between I-10 and Highway 290 at 4510 Brittmoore Rd in Northwest Houston. Safespill previously occupied 54,869 square feet at 1900 Crosspoint Ave in Southwest Houston.
