ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Atlanta Agency Leasing team has completed a 101,891-square-foot headquarters renewal for Pond, an engineering, architecture, planning and construction management firm, at Peachtree Ridge, a 160,000-square-foot office building at 3500 Parkway Lane in Norcross, Georgia. Pond has been a tenant since 2005 and now occupies 64% of the building. Transwestern’s Chip Roach provides Agency Leasing services for the Class A, 7-story office property on behalf of the owner, OA Development.

Peachtree Ridge recently completed lobby and landscaping enhancements, including expansive glazing
on the lobby floor, maximizing the flood of natural light that filters through two-story windows, updated finishes, new lighting and contemporary artwork. Renovations to the conference room and fitness center are expected this year.
