Leading Personal Injury Firm Moving to 14,219-Square-Foot Suite in May

PHOENIX – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that it represented Chesnut Properties, LLC in a 14,219-square-foot lease with Accident Law Group at Papago Gateway Center, 350 W. Washington St, Tempe, Arizona. Transwestern Managing Director Mark Stratz represented Chesnut Properties, while Accident Law Group was represented by the Managing Partner of Everyday Investment Realty (EIR), a full-service real estate service company, Brett C. Angner.

Accident Law Group, a leading personal injury law firm with offices in Arizona and New Mexico, will occupy a suite on the second floor, with move-in scheduled for May 2025. ALG is relocating from its current East Valley location at 2141 E. Broadway Road in Tempe, which will enable to firm to better serve its many clients. “As ALG continues to grow we felt imperative to move to a more central location for our corporate headquarters while focusing on a high-profile building that fits on brand,” said Joseph Brown, Founding Partner, Accident Law Group. “Mark Stratz and the Chesnut team were a pleasure to work with and they went out of their way to make a fair deal with ALG.”

Papago Gateway Center consists of 245,000 square feet of Class A office and laboratory space on seven floors. The building features a fully amenitized fitness center, on-property access to the Valley Metro Rail, and extensive outdoor space, with beautiful landscaping and water elements. The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified asset was designed in a manner that respects the environment, the health of its tenants, and is highly efficient in its operations and design. For example, the building’s southside façade features an automated louvered shade system that opens and closes as the sun moves from east to west, helping to keep the building interior cool, significantly reducing the energy costs.

According to Transwestern research, the Tempe office market had an inventory of 18.6 million square feet, with a direct vacancy rate of 17.8%, as of the close of Q4 2024.
