TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Mark serves as Managing Director for Transwestern’s Phoenix office, overseeing the development and expansion of new opportunities within the region and across the platform. Mark’s expertise lies in Advisory Services, spanning various service lines within the Phoenix metropolitan area and the Transwestern group of companies.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern in January 2018, Mark’s 25-year career encompassed two distinct markets in Seattle and Phoenix, where he cultivated a comprehensive and multifaceted understanding of the marketplace. He most recently held the position of Director in the office group at Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix. During his tenure with the firm spanning over 12 years, clients consistently recognized his innovative and entrepreneurial approach. Mark’s responsibilities included representing developers, landlords, and tenants, providing site selection and dispositional advice to property owners, facilitating joint ventures, and offering leasing advisory services and strategic planning across a diverse range of asset types. Prior to his role at Cushman & Wakefield, Mark held a position at CBRE in Seattle, Washington.
