Houston – Transwestern today announces Han Kim has joined the firm’s national marketing group as Senior Creative Director to develop and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies across corporate initiatives and creative projects to elevate the overall brand of the Transwestern enterprise, which provides integrated investment management, development and commercial real estate services. Additionally, he will guide creative teams throughout the firm’s 33 offices nationwide in producing compelling marketing materials to drive business development efforts.

Croley, Executive Vice President of National Marketing and Communications. “He will be instrumental in driving Transwestern’s brand recognition in the marketplace and enhancing our ability to communicate Transwestern’s value proposition for owners, investors and occupiers of commercial real estate.”
Kim joins Transwestern from Geometry Global, where he served as Vice President, Group Creative Director and developed custom materials and strategies for Tier 3 Mazda dealers, Bombardier Recreational Products, Continental, Nestlé and Sherwin-Williams. He previously provided creative services for Voyant, Michaels, JCPenney, Samsung, American Airlines, Fossil, Greyhound, DirecTV, UnitedHealthcare, Nationwide, Subaru and Hyatt.
