TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Regional Creative Director, Gregorio is responsible for translating business objectives into compelling visual narratives that elevate the Transwestern brand and drive business growth across the platform for the Houston region. He leads the team of creatives that shape and deploy marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging and visuals are relevant to market dynamics and the clients business objectives.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since 2007, Gregorio has applied his commercial real estate marketing expertise to help building owners maximize asset value and attract high-quality tenants. He has produced and implemented marketing plans for Texas Children’s Hospital, Healthpeak, Metropolis, Brookfield, Regent Properties, Spear Street and other notable Transwestern clients.

Gregorio joined Transwestern in 2011 and has held multiple creative leadership roles across the firm. With a deep background in branding, property marketing, and storytelling, he has led the development of marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, environmental and digital graphics for projects across Houston. His ability to guide teams, uphold creative quality, and scale solutions across both local markets and enterprise initiatives makes him a key driver of the firm's marketing impact.
