Transwestern’s Leasing Success Drives Plans for 96,000 SF Building

Washington – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces Foulger Pratt is finalizing design plans for 12425 Park Potomac Ave., a 96,000-square-foot trophy office building located in Park Potomac, a first-class mixed-use development located directly off Interstate 270 and Montrose Road. The five-story building will be designed to LEED Gold standards with a unique exterior façade, high-end finishes and highly efficient floorplates.

With delivery estimated in 2022, 12425 Park Potomac Ave. will be the third, Class A office building constructed in Park Potomac. The first two buildings, 12505 and 12435 Park Potomac Avenue are 100% occupied. The TCS office leasing team includes Phil McCarthy, Keith Foery, Guy Copperthite and Mark Boyce.
