HOUSTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Celebree School, a premier early childhood education facility, has signed a 9,095-square-foot lease with a 6,000-square-foot outdoor area in Tamarron Retail Center located at 3206 FM 1464 Road in Katy, Texas. Transwestern’s Crystal Allen and Loch Cook represented the franchise owners, Tejani Group, in negotiations.
“We searched every opportunity in the various high-growth communities within the greater Houston area, and Tamarron is a flagship location for Celebree in so many ways,” said Allen. “The demographics are perfect, and the building elevation is beautiful. We are excited to see the brand thrive in a modern space with natural light pouring through the full glass storefront. It is such a fresh take on the preschool experience.”
The Celebree School of Katy at Tamarron will accommodate 180 students between the ages of six weeks and 12 years and is expected to open mid-year 2024. As a leader in early childhood education, the school provides infant and toddler care, preschool, before and aftercare, and summer camp programs. Each school employs a customized program that addresses the physical, social, emotional, and academic needs of children and follows applicable state guidelines.

Celebree School was founded in 1994 in Maryland and launched its franchise program in 2019. They currently have 26 corporate schools, 20 franchise locations, and more than 100 franchise licenses in various stages of development. Celebree School has set an aggressive development goal of opening 165 new schools by 2026.
