TRANSWESTERN ROLE

A thirty-year retail real estate veteran, Loch specializes in Tenant Representation, Specialty/Mixed-use Project Leasing, and Investment Property Acquisition and Disposition within the Transwestern Retail Services Group.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Throughout his career, Loch has represented some of the most well-respected companies in the retail real estate business. They include, Starbucks Coffee, CVS Pharmacy, Hillstone Restaurant Group, Potbelly Sandwich Works, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Charming Shoppes (Lane Bryant, Justice, Dressbarn, Catherine’s) Sambuca Restaurant and Fry’s Electronics. Loch played an instrumental role in the initial market strategy when many of these tenants entered the Houston market. Loch has also played a key role in disposition services for tenants such as Eckerd Drug Stores and AMC Theaters.
 
Additionally, Loch has been involved with the initial leasing of some of Houston’s  most high-profile lifestyle/mixed use developments, including Market Street at The Woodlands, LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch and CityCentre at Town & Country. As well, Loch has helped many local and national investors acquire first class investment property for their portfolios.

Loch received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
