HOUSTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it negotiated a 24,500-square-foot lease at Old Town Spring Business Park on behalf of H2O Innovation, a large water solutions company based in Quebec City. Transwestern Vice President Nathan Donahue represented H2O Innovation in negotiations at 27335 W. Hardy Road in Spring, Texas.
The water technology company is relocating and consolidating from its current locations at 2200 Sciaaca Road and 12337 Jones Road to this one large industrial warehouse. Additionally, H2O Innovation will utilize an adjacent 1.5-acre laydown yard to support its service vehicle operations. The company will relocate to Building 1 in November 2023.
"The flight to quality trend extends beyond the office market,” said Donahue. “Industrial developers are also prioritizing the construction of functional and competitively priced projects. Landlords that invest in a quality product are poised for continued success."
The landlord was represented by Todd Jurek of Keen Realty Group. Old Town Spring Business Park is a newly developed flex industrial park consisting of four 49,000-square-foot office/warehouse units in the North Hardy Toll Road submarket. According to Transwestern Research, in the trailing 12 months of the second quarter of 2023, the area saw 2.67 million square feet of positive absorption of industrial products.
