Atlanta – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Atlanta Agency Leasing and Asset Services teams have embarked on a $4 million capital improvement program at Crown Pointe, a 509,792-square-foot office park at 1040 and 1050 Crown Pointe Parkway in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. Transwestern’s Stephen Clifton, Zach Wooten and Grace Meyer collaborated with building owner Pacific Oak Capital Advisors to implement improvements designed to elevate the office park’s experience for tenants and visitors.

Since the beginning of the year, Transwestern has completed the following four lease transactions totaling 50,377 square feet:
- Edifecs, a global healthcare technology company, signed a new 17,719-square-foot lease for its Atlanta regional office.
- Williams Benator and Libby, LLP, a full-service, Atlanta-based CPA firm, renewed 11,583 square feet.
- Vesta, a transaction guarantee platform for digital purchases, signed a new 11,176-square-foot lease.
- TJS Deemer Dana, LLP, a CPA firm with four Georgia locations, expanded its footprint at the building in a renewal for 9,899 square feet.
The property’s enhancements, including a new café with indoor and outdoor seating and an updated conference room that holds 50 people, are slated for completion in early 2022.
“The added amenities will complement recent improvements and help increase employee satisfaction and retention,” said Clifton.
Crown Pointe underwent a multimillion-dollar transformation from 2018 to 2019 to reimagine the office campus into a lifestyle experience. Improvements included new lobbies and common areas, upgraded fitness center, activated greenspace, refinished landscaping and refreshed wayfinding. The property features a 2,500-square-foot business lounge with Starbucks® coffee, outdoor walking paths and a pedestrian walkway to MARTA.
