TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Pete leads Transwestern’s Engineering Group for its Midwest Portfolio. He oversees all capital improvement projects, the preventive maintenance and tenant request program, The Midwest Energy Star portfolio as well as the tenant improvement process.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Pete offers over 34 years of Facility Management experience. He joined Transwestern from Great Lakes REIT where he was the Regional Engineering Manager, responsible for 15 properties totaling over 2 million square feet in the Chicago area.
 
His expertise includes HVAC, Project management, operations and due diligence, capital improvement budgeting, preventive maintenance programs, energy management programs, and also Energy efficiency and building sustainability programs. Mr. Miceli began his career in the Hotel industry, working with the Charles Shaw Company and the John Buck Company.

EDUCATION

Pete completed his two year HVAC certification at Triton College and is currently enrolled in BOMA’s FMA/RPA program. He has also attended several continuing education classes for HVAC, USGBC, IAQ and automation systems.
