Nathan Tursso

Nathan Tursso is the Property Manager of 60 South 6th St., a premier 700,000-square-foot Class A high-rise office tower in downtown Minneapolis, which is owned by KBS Realty Advisors. Nathan oversees operations, sustainability, tenant relations, strategic initiatives and financial performance to ensure the property’s continued success. He has supported significant capital projects, such as elevator and escalator modernizations, a multi-million-dollar lobby renovation, and complex anchor tenant decommissioning and build-outs.

Nathan has built a strong foundation in real estate since 2015, delivering exceptional client service and operational oversight across residential and commercial sectors. He began his commercial real estate career in 2018 with Transwestern as an Assistant Property Manager at 60 South 6th St. Prior to joining Transwestern, Nathan's focus was residential property management, working primarily with mixed-use buildings for Klodt Companies and Laramar Group.

Nathan received his bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Minnesota.
