TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Michael is the managing broker and industrial practice group leader for Transwestern’s Rosemont office. He directs the day-to-day strategic enterprise and leads more than 20 brokerage professionals. Michael is responsible for growing the office’s industrial platform and institutional business with noted clients such as Venture One, First Industrial, Cabot and Westmount.
 
Michael is an active broker concentrating his efforts in the Fox Valley and Central DuPage submarkets, and consistently ranks as one of the top producers with the firm. His attention to detail and focus on identifying the real challenges that clients face upfront, allows him to establish an effective process and deliver exceptional service.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

For more than 20 years, Michael has practiced commercial real estate marketing, development, sales and leasing throughout the Chicago Metropolitan Area on behalf of institutional owners, private equity firms, and industrial tenant and landlord clients. He completed over 300 industrial transactions with a value totaling in excess of $360 million. Among his notable clients are Leggett & Platt, BFC, Echo Inc., Laser Technologies, Express Packaging, Aurora Bearing, CenterPoint Properties, DCT Industrial, Cobalt, Cabot, AJR Filtration and The Pillow of Health, Assembled Products, and Norix.
