Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Melissa serves as an Assistant Property Manager, supporting the management of a four-building portfolio totaling approximately 600,000 square feet in the Energy Corridor submarket. In this role, she assists with the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, including lease and contract administration, financial reporting, budget preparation, CAM reconciliations, and tenant relations.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 2017, Melissa has progressed through roles including Property Administrator, Tenant Services Coordinator, and Assistant Property Manager. She joined Transwestern in 2026, bringing a strong foundation in property management and a proven commitment to delivering high-quality tenant service in support of client objectives and overall asset performance.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Melissa supported the management of 5555 San Felipe, a 1.2 million-square-foot Class A office building in the Uptown/Galleria submarket, where she developed extensive experience in building operations and tenant services within a large-scale office environment. She subsequently transitioned to managing a diverse portfolio of six office buildings in the Energy Corridor submarket across three clients, totaling approximately 750,000 square feet, further strengthening her expertise in multi-asset operations and client-focused property management.

Throughout her career, Melissa has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service, consistently building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, clients, and vendors while ensuring operational and financial objectives are achieved.

EDUCATION

Melissa is a graduate of Texas State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography.
