Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Matthew joined Transwestern in 2020. He specializes in Industrial brokerage including project leasing, tenant and buyer representation, property disposition, and investment sales citywide. Since joining Transwestern in 2020, Matthew has worked successfully on over 48 transactions totaling approximately 1.91 million square feet, about 83 acres of raw land, amounting to $153.79MM in total consideration.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Four years prior to joining Transwestern, Matthew primarily focused on project leasing for a national REIT and local developers, and site selection for regional clients in the greater Houston area.
 
Before shifting his career to commercial real estate, Matthew spent several years working in deepwater drilling operations on drillships and semisubmersible rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and abroad in the Philippines, in addition to semisubmersible rig management and project management in the shipyard in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Matthew graduated from Texas A&M University and holds a Texas real estate license.
