Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Matthew is a Vice President in Transwestern’s Houston office, specializing in industrial brokerage, including project leasing, tenant and buyer representation, property disposition and investment sales citywide. Matthew has worked successfully on all types of transactions totaling approximately 4.99 million square feet, about 83 acres of raw land, amounting to $41.1 MM in total consideration.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Matthew primarily focused on project leasing for a national REIT and local developers and site selection for regional clients in the greater Houston area.
 
Before beginning his career in commercial real estate, Matthew worked in deepwater drilling operations on drill ships and semi-submersible rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and abroad in the Philippines, in addition to semi-submersible rig management and project management in the shipyard in Corpus Christi, Texas.
