TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Marko is an Associate with Transwestern based in Rosemont focusing on building his career in Chicago’s Industrial Real Estate market. Marko is driven by client success and enjoys using his creative approach in problem solving to gain a deep understanding of his client’s goals to find the best possible solution to position them for success. At Transwestern, Marko looks forward to generating new business and cultivating relationships in the industry by working with both Michael Marconi and Terri Alexander and learning first-hand through their seasoned experience.v

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to Joining Transwestern, Marko began his career as a Logistics Broker where he concentrated on business development working with a variety of clients in the Industrial sector. His natural enthusiasm for Commercial Real Estate brought him to his next roll where he worked in Property Management for NAI Hiffman. In Management, Marko spent two years working on a Nation-wide Medical Office building portfolio which consisted of over 60 properties. His primary focus was providing operational excellence to ensure the satisfaction of both ownership and tenants alike. Marko is excited to take the experience and knowledge obtained working in both Logistics and Commercial Property Management and applying it in his role as an Industrial Broker at Transwestern.
