‘Licia provides landlord representation services for a wide range of commercial properties. As Vice President, she is actively engaged in healthcare business development, marketing and leasing, and represents a portfolio of over half a million square feet of medical office product in the San Antonio/Central Texas and South Texas areas. Previously, ‘Licia served as a Senior Marketing Coordinator for Transwestern San Antonio and worked directly with leasing agents, tenant representatives, and property managers in performing marketing and administrative assignments for office, retail properties and development projects. She exhibits excellent customer service to clients, tenants, prospective tenants, and vendor correspondence while always focusing on productivity and results.
