Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kristine serves as Transwestern’s marketing director for the Southeast Region, overseeing and spearheading all marketing and research initiatives. With 10 years of progressive marketing and promotional experience, she is responsible for the development and execution of all marketing activities for each of the firm’s distinct service lines—agency leasing, property and facility management, investment services, tenant advisory, sustainability and research. As such, she directs Transwestern’s media strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations and communications, on behalf of the Southeast brokerage team and their clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Kristine spent six years with Portman Holdings as director of marketing for the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC). In this capacity, she established a reputation for effective project management and implementation of big picture marketing and branding initiatives. 
 
Following ADAC, Kristine worked for two years as a Marketing and Operations Consultant with Detailed Lines, LLC. There, she oversaw the marketing and branding initiatives for companies across multiple industries. 
 
Kristine’s past work experience includes working as a Legal Assistant for commercial real estate attorney, David A Stern, Esq in New York.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Kristine is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) - Atlanta Chapter, Buckhead Business Association, and an active Board Member for Parents Partnered for Preemies, a non-profit organization out of Northside Hospital.

Kristine received her bachelor’s in English from College of Saint Elizabeth in New Jersey.
