Kristine serves as Regional Operating Officer for the Transwestern Southeast offices. In this role, Kristine partners with the East Region President on service line strategy and regional business planning, execution of new business pursuits and leading team culture and support. She also steers marketing, research and administrative teams to drive performance through strategic initiatives that enhance and amplify the Transwestern brand and oversees regional philanthropic efforts and internal and external collaborations. As a member of Transwestern’s National DEI steering committee, Kristine manages the company’s overall DEI framework and overarching goals. In addition, she works with stakeholders across the country to foster a collaborative, supportive workplace.


Prior to her current role, Kristine held the position of executive vice president/regional marketing director. In this capacity she was responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans for the firm’s Atlanta and Miami offices. She quickly established herself and marketing team as a leader in the commercial real estate marketing space with innovative pitches, video marketing, and creative property marketing. In addition, Kristine increased overall brand awareness through public relations efforts including deal coverage, thought leadership and editorial opportunities.
Before joining Transwestern, Kristine was director of marketing for Portman Holdings at the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC). In this capacity, she established a reputation for effective project management and implementation of big picture marketing and branding initiatives as well as developing advertising and communication campaigns for new and existing customers.  
Following ADAC, Kristine worked for two years as a Marketing and Operations Consultant with Detailed Lines, LLC. There, she oversaw the marketing and branding initiatives for companies across multiple industries including commercial real estate, logistics and healthcare.


Kristine serves as marketing advisor to the Board of Mary Hall Freedom House, volunteer Softball coach at Northside Youth Organization (NYO), and past Board member and coach for Rhyne Park, a girl’s fast pitch softball league. In addition, she is an active advisor to the Board of Parents Partnered for Preemies


Kristine received her bachelor’s in English from College of Saint Elizabeth in New Jersey. She is a 4-year NCAA basketball player.
