Prior to her current role, Kristine held the position of executive vice president/regional marketing director. In this capacity she was responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans for the firm’s Atlanta and Miami offices. She quickly established herself and marketing team as a leader in the commercial real estate marketing space with innovative pitches, video marketing, and creative property marketing. In addition, Kristine increased overall brand awareness through public relations efforts including deal coverage, thought leadership and editorial opportunities.
Before joining Transwestern, Kristine was director of marketing for Portman Holdings at the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC). In this capacity, she established a reputation for effective project management and implementation of big picture marketing and branding initiatives as well as developing advertising and communication campaigns for new and existing customers.
Following ADAC, Kristine worked for two years as a Marketing and Operations Consultant with Detailed Lines, LLC. There, she oversaw the marketing and branding initiatives for companies across multiple industries including commercial real estate, logistics and healthcare.
