TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kristin serves as Vice President and General Manager of The Dayton’s Project, a landmark 1.2-million-square-foot office property located in downtown Minneapolis. Redeveloped in 2020, The Dayton’s Project represents one of the most significant urban revitalization efforts in the region. Kristin leads strategic management, tenant relations, financial performance and operational excellence for this iconic property. She also acts as a liaison for the building owners to help achieve ownership objectives.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Kristin has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2022, she began her career in downtown Chicago, where she worked on Class A assets ranging from 800,000 to 1.2 million square feet. Kristin brings expertise in property repositioning, team leadership, sustainability initiatives and strategic planning to the properties she manages. She spearheaded the successful transition of The Dayton’s Project into a thriving commercial hub, helping welcome multiple tenants and coordinate numerous events post-redevelopment. During the redevelopment, she managed capital improvements and major construction projects, led full building rebrands, implemented energy-efficiency initiatives and SOPs, reduced costs and enhanced the tenant experience.
