Kat Jubuisson

Kat currently serves as the Regional Administrative Operations Manager for Transwestern’s East Region. Kat manages administrative operations and provides support for the South Florida Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions team. Kat will work closely with team members across all service lines, corporate human resources, operations as well as Transwestern’s East Region offices.  

Kat has over 10 years of experience in Commercial real estate. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2015, Kat worked for IDI Brookfield Logistics in Atlanta, GA before transferring to Fort Lauderdale, FL to manage the South Florida office. There she demonstrated strong organizational skills, Management skills and a talent for client relations and special events. Kat worked directly with their Market Leader managing their South Florida Industrial Portfolio and maintaining a high-level understanding of the clients needs.

 

Kat’s prior experience includes 6 years in residential development working for high end residential construction firms such as Buckhead Homes and O’Dwyer homes in Georgia. Some of Kat’s duties included AP/ AR support, contract review, expediting, walk throughs and site selections.
