Justine Bollman

Born and raised in Fort Worth, Justine joins Transwestern as an Analyst on the Industrial Services team. In this role, she supports a national real estate advisory team, serving major industrial occupiers the United States. Justine assists with market research, financial analysis, and transaction support, helping clients make informed real estate decisions across diverse markets.

Justine brings a strong foundation in real estate leasing. Most recently, she served as a Leasing Associate at Sterling Organization, where she supported and led leasing efforts for grocery-anchored retail centers throughout Texas. In this role she worked closely with ownership, brokers, and prospective tenants, gaining hands-on experience in deal execution, lease negotiations and portfolio-level strategy.

Justine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia where she studies Real Estate
