Additionally, Justin represents both private and institutional owners, including: Prologis, Westmount, Taurus Investment Holdings, Unilev Capital, Trident Capital, Ohio Teachers, Venture One Real Estate, CenterPoint Properties, ML Realty Partners, Faropoint, Clear Height Properties, and MLG Capital.

 

In being focused and efficient, Justin formulates a very specific, articulate, and practical strategy to achieve the objective for each of his clients. Justin’s market expertise and business development practice is focused in the I-88, West Cook County, DuPage County, I-90, and O’Hare submarkets.

Since joining Transwestern, Justin has completed over 33,750,000 SF in transactions with a value totaling in excess of $905 million.
 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Justin worked as a leasing coordinator for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in St. Louis, Missouri.
