TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Thomas serves as a Development Associate for Transwestern Development Company and is based in Washington. He is responsible for evaluating new pursuits and assisting in active development projects.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

During his career, Thomas has participated in the development of over 1 million square feet of multifamily and retail space, with more than $250 million in aggregate cost. Prior to joining Transwestern, he was a Development Analyst at Buchanan Partners, where he analyzed potential and existing development sites.

EDUCATION

Thomas received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Christopher Newport University.
