TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Zade is a Senior Property Manager at 181 West Madison, a 950,000-square-foot Class A office building in Chicago’s central business district. Zade spends her workdays maintaining positive and productive relationships with building tenants, ensuring the highest level of tenant satisfaction. Some of Zade’s overall responsibilities include contract management, negotiation, and preparation, along with assisting in tenant improvement projects. In addition, she oversees lease administration, including abstracting leases and tracking letters of credit, prepares monthly variance reports, and helps with budget preparation. Zade also conducts site inspections, initiating repairs and corrective measures when necessary.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since Zade joined the 181 West Madison team, the building has accomplished several notable milestones. Two of these accomplishments include the building’s LEED Gold recertification in 2018 and the addition of a brand-new tenant amenity center in 2020. While working at 333 North Michigan Avenue, Zade helped the building earn the LEED Silver designation. During her time there, Zade also assisted with a $75-million-dollar landmark rehabilitation, which included a new lobby entrance, lobby redesign, tenant corridor and restroom upgrades, new spec suites, elevator modernization, new tenant lounge and fitness center upgrades, and more. In 2013, Zade was a part of the building team at 221 North LaSalle when the building was the TOBY North Central Regional winner in the Historical Building category.

EDUCATION

Zade earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from DePaul University.
