During her time there, Zade also assisted with a $75-million-dollar landmark rehabilitation, which included a new lobby entrance, lobby redesign, tenant corridor and restroom upgrades, new spec suites, elevator modernization, new tenant lounge and fitness center upgrades, and more. In 2013, Zade was a part of the building team at 221 North LaSalle when the building was the TOBY North Central Regional winner in the Historical Building category.
