Jodi Coyer

Jodi is General Manager of Baker Center, a one million-square-foot asset in Minneapolis’ downtown core business district. Her responsibilities include preparing and managing property budgets, controlling building expenses, oversight of vendors and building staff, and reporting financials. Jodi also maintains strong relationships with tenants, vendors and owners to effectively meet and exceed their expectations.

Jodi has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in leasing, management and marketing across office, retail and mixed-use properties. Prior to joining Transwestern, she had extensive experience with enclosed, super-regional shopping centers at GGP, CBL & Associates Properties and the Richard E. Jacobs Group. As an experienced real estate professional, Jodi is skilled at navigating stakeholder relationships, optimizing operations and driving revenue. She is known for her strategic approach to complex problems and for building high-performing teams in dynamic environments.

Jodi received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Minnesota.
