TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jason Tapp serves as an Assistant Property Manager with Transwestern, assisting facilities and property operations across a multi‑state portfolio. He currently manages the facilities at McKenney’s 9,000-square-foot Charlotte office and serves as Assistant Property Manager for the 200 W. Second St. receivership building in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, a 272,829-square-foot asset. Jason also supports management at 549 W. Randolph St. in Chicago, a 123,385-square-foot property.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Jason joined Transwestern in 2025 and facilitates property management operations across multiple markets, including Chicago and North Carolina. He has assisted with day‑to‑day management and contributed to key initiatives, including the ownership transition of 549 W. Randolph St. His experience spans facilities coordination, tenant support and operational assistance across a diverse portfolio. Prior to joining Transwestern, he served as an Assistant Property Manager at several firms, including Cushman & Wakefield and Trinity Partners.

EDUCATION

Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in film studies and tourism management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
