Jaime Dritz

Jaime serves as Senior Brokerage Coordinator for the Minneapolis Healthcare team. She plays an integral role in supporting the team with marketing and operational projects. Her responsibilities also include conducting market research and data analysis, preparing surveys and supporting business development initiatives on behalf of tenant clients. Jaime partners with clients’ key decision-makers and support teams to organize events and provide the data needed to make sound real estate decisions.

Jaime joined Transwestern in 2026 following Forte Real Estate Partners' acquisition. She joined Forte in 2022 as a Client Coordinator, assisting the Healthcare team with marketing and administrative tasks. Jaime was previously a kindergarten teacher before transitioning into a career in commercial real estate.

Jaime received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
