Jacob Haucke

Jacob serves as Vice President of Construction in the firm’s Houston development group, where he is responsible for the construction of commercial office, multi-family, and industrial development projects. He provides full-service construction management services for build-to-suit clients and oversees the design and construction of our principal development projects.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Jacob was a Senior Project Manager at Brookstone Construction responsible for preconstruction, managing and improving internal processes, and overseeing multiple project teams. Prior to Jacob’s role as Senior Project Manager, he was a Project Manager where he managed over $150 million of projects across a broad range of product types including commercial, higher education, K-12, industrial, and municipal works.

 

Prior to working at Brookstone Jacob worked at JE Dunn Construction where he worked on The Westin The Woodlands 300 unit Hotel worth $61 million as well as multiple ExxonMobil renovation projects.
