Heidi Swygert

Heidi leads Transwestern’s Project Services practice in the Southeast. She partners with agency leasing, tenant advisory, and property management teams to ensure consistency, high performance, and exceptional client service. As a national project services steering committee member, Heidi collaborates across the platform to build relationships, implement best practices and align growth strategies with company goals.

Before joining Transwestern, Heidi was a vice president in JLL’s Project Development Services group, leading strategy for corporate and commercial clients, including Delta Air Lines, Equifax, Boston Consulting Group and Truist Securities. As a Development Associate at KDC Real Estate Development and Investments, she managed development activities for assignments such as Park Center Phase I and II in Dunwoody, The Point in Greenville, South Carolina, and Aureum in Cool Springs, Tennessee.

Heidi is the 2025 President of CREW Atlanta’s Board of Directors. She is a LEED Green Associate and FitWel Ambassador.

Heidi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Southern University
