TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Harrison serves as an associate supporting design, budgeting, underwriting, construction, lease-up and asset disposition efforts in the Houston / Nashville / Dallas markets. He is based in Houston and focuses on office, multifamily, and mixed-use product types.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Today, Harrison spends most of his time working on The RO, a 17-acre mixed use development in Houston that includes two office build-to-suits (1,300,000 SF), high-rise multifamily (317 units), mid-rise multifamily (410 units), an Auberge hotel with branded residences (105 keys & 105 branded residences), and district retail (75,000 SF).
Prior to joining Transwestern, Harrison served as an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo Securities on the Eastdil Secured team in New York. He worked on several advisory assignments for public REITs, including large-scale capital raises ($1.0B+), portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, and M&A transactions. Harrison also worked in an entrepreneurial capacity at a family-owned business, responsible for all aspects of running the company.

Harrison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a dual concentration in Consulting and Finance with a focus in real estate.
