Harrison H West

Harrison serves as a development associate supporting design, budgeting, underwriting, construction, lease-up and asset disposition efforts in Houston/Dallas/Nashville markets. Harrison is based in Houston and focuses on office, multifamily, and mixed-use developments.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Harrison served as an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo Securities on their Eastdil Secured team in New York. He worked on several advisory assignments for public REITs including large-scale capital raises, portfolio acquisitions and dispositions and M&A transactions. Harrison also worked in an entrepreneurial capacity at a family-owned business in Houston, implementing growth strategies and negotiating and executing service contracts with clients.

 

Harrison joined the TDC in 2022 and supports development efforts for The RO project, a 17-acre mixed use development to include office, multifamily, hotel/condo and retail.

Harrison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a dual concentration in Consulting and Finance with a focus in real estate.
