Hannah’s role as the Tenant Experience Coordinator is to contribute an overall pleasant experience to increase our reputation and ensure sustainable growth here at SPS Tower. In her role she serves as the central point of contact for SPS Tower providing exceptional building amenities for tenants such as live music on the Turf Club, Foster Puppy Visits, Happy Hours, and events that provide tenants with the chance to refresh during their busy work week. Hannah also sends newsletters, announcements and updates the SPS Tower Facebook and Instagram accounts to highlight all things wellness, relaxation, fun, and recreation for the SPS Tower tenants.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Hannah’s career path has had an underlining emphasis in event planning. Hannah first started her career after college as an Activity Coordinator for Shaller Sholom Home East in St. Paul where she planned events/activities that focused the 5 pillars of wellness. After Sholom, she moved to a more clinical setting for the Department of Human Services where she worked for MSOP has a Recreational Therapist helping her clients to integrate back into society through leisure and recreation to maintain her client’s physical and emotional well-being. After her time at MSOP, she decided to work has a Mental Health Practitioner with children who have Autism, and other behavioral issues and mental health issues where she used leisure and recreation as therapy. In 2017, she moved up to the Twin Cities and became the Life Enrichment Director at a facility that has Independent and Assisted Living along with a Memory Care unit for senior citizens. Her role as a Director was to create to produce residents with a higher quality of life. She was in charge planning and implementing all of events, activities, and programs that happened in the facility while also managing Life Enrichment Coordinators.

Hannah is a CTRS, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist since March of 2016.
EDUCATION
Hannah received a Bachelor of Science in Leisure Planning and Recreation through Minnesota State University- Mankato. She graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors with a double major in Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Planning and Management.
