TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Greg is an Analyst with the Sports & Entertainment practice at Transwestern, which focuses on five core areas: real estate assembly and acquisition, tenant representation, project management and owner representation, real estate meets sponsorship, and commercial real estate development. He is responsible for monitoring all aspects of the real estate market’s impact and relevant information as it relates to the sports and entertainment industry. His collaborative nature allows him to coordinate across internal teams to develop an integrated plan for the team’s clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Greg joined Transwestern in 2025, initially as an intern before transitioning into the Analyst role. In this role, Greg supports the Sports & Entertainment team by extensively analyzing data, conducting due diligence, and preparing deliverables to effectively inform client strategies and uncover growth opportunities.

Prior to his time at Transwestern, Greg interned with White Cedar Company as a Private Equity Analyst and with Priam Enterprises as a Real Estate Finance and Development Intern. While attending college, Greg was an NCAA Division I student-athlete, playing basketball for both Cornell University and Loyola University Chicago.

EDUCATION

Greg received his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s Nolan School of Hotel Administration and his master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago.
