Garrett Shaver

An Associate in Transwestern’s New York office, Garrett provides tenant advisory services and occupier solutions to the firm’s clients throughout Manhattan.

Garrett supports the firm’s clients across a broad range of industries, focusing on providing corporate real estate solutions to office tenants. Prior to joining Transwestern, he worked at Fresh Start Financial and Avenue One, where he underwrote and monitored performance for more than 9,000 single-family rentals across 20 U.S. markets.

Garrett earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College, with a concentration in Management and a minor in Health Policy & Management. He was co-president of the Ithaca Real Estate Club.
