With over 12 years of commercial brokerage experience, Evelyn represents tenants and user/owners in their real estate decisions to either lease or purchase office and industrial buildings. She also represents a nationally branded, retail automotive corporate client for their raw land acquisitions in a five state area that includes Texas.

Evelyn joined Transwestern in November of 2010 and assisted in all facets of office leasing, with specific focus on Landlord representation, until December 2014. She worked in the Greenspoint, CBD and Northwest markets. During her tenure in Landlord representation, Evelyn completed in excess of 1.75 million square feet. She has also closed over $30 million in land transactions. Prior to working at Transwestern, Evelyn worked in Georgetown side-by-side with a 30-year veteran in commercial real estate. The majority of her work was focused on raw land transactions.
No stranger to hard work, Evelyn began her commercial real estate career in 2003 while a full-time student at Southwestern University. After working as an administrative assistant for 18 months, she acquired her real estate license in 2004. She graduated in 2006 and was awarded Southwestern University’s Outstanding Business Student Award, having the highest GPA for her graduating business class.

Evelyn is a licensed Texas real estate broker and affiliated with the Texas Association of Realtors. In April 2011, she earned the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which is held by only 4% of commercial real estate practitioners. Additionally, she will be President of the CCIM Gulf Coast chapter in 2015 and is a committee member for CCIM National.

Evelyn earned her Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
