Elise O'Connor Goodman

Elise O’Connor Goodman serves as Assistant Vice President for Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory and Workplace Solutions group. Based in Chicago, Elise represents clients nationally. Working as a part of Andrew Davidson’s team has allowed her to gain extensive experience with lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management. Elise is a creative thinker with a deep understanding of markets and uses those strengths to create leverage and solve her client’s needs. She has led multiple successful lease renegotiations, relocations and dispositions.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Elise worked at MB Real Estate for seven years.

Elise earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from DePaul University.
