CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Ed has 30 years of experience working in commercial real estate throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area. He previously served as Director at Studley, then as senior director at The Charles E. Smith Companies (CES). By integrating in-house construction management with brokerage services, Ed increased process efficiency and mitigated risk involved with acquiring commercial space.

He has developed an expertise advising 501c3 organizations in buying commercial buildings utilizing District of Columbia Industrial Revenue (Low-Interest Rate) Bonds (aka Tax-Free Bonds). This specialized knowledge is part of Ed’s continued commitment to helping non-profit organizations save significant money on their occupancy costs.
