TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As the Director of Compliance on the Innovation and Quality Assurance team, Dan Ashdown brings years of experience in compliancy and technology to the Asset Services group.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Dan is responsible for Transwestern's compliancy program and will work closely with the Asset Services team to place a strong emphasis on effective operational standards and compliance with company policies.  Additionally, he will collaborate with our external auditors to ensure Transwestern's compliance with our industry's regulatory requirements.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Dan is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of compliance, audit, technology and analytic experience in commercial property management, financial services and healthcare security. He has recently served on the management board for the St. Louis Chapter of the FBI InfraGard program.
