TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As the Managing Director of Retail Services, with over 25 years' experience, Chris Simmons has completed over 2,000 lease, sale, and build-to-suit transactions representing almost eleven million square feet of retail space.
 
Chris specializes in tenant representation and the acquisition of land assets. His expertise extends to all types of retail properties, from neighborhood strip centers to regional shopping centers.
 
Chris’ strength is understanding the specific needs of retail owners and tenants. He has helped many prominent local and national clients identify appropriate trade areas and complete negotiations enabling them to achieve their real estate objectives.
 
Chris brings an honest, straightforward approach, combined with exceptional market knowledge that retail owners and developers appreciate.
