TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Executive Vice President in Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory Group, Chris applies his vast industry experience and broad expertise to help companies design workplace strategies that meet their needs now and in the future. He leverages his strategic research, analysis and negotiation abilities to represent landlords and tenants in complex real estate transactions. And, he is responsible for expanding the firm’s tenant advisory capabilities in the greater Washington, D.C. market.

A native Washingtonian, Chris has nearly 20 years of industry experience with specialized expertise in the Bethesda market. Prior to joining Transwestern, he spent 10 years at JLL, representing regional and national organizations across industries.

He has participated in multiple community organizations, including Make-A-Wish® Mid-Atlantic, LIDO Civic Association’s advisory board and the Catholic Charities 83.33 Society. He is a former guest lecturer at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
