As Managing Director of Transwestern Consulting Services, Chase delivers strategic real estate decision support to owners, occupiers, and investors across the Transwestern platform nationwide.  Chase specializes in counseling clients on issues related to site selection and real estate portfolio strategy. His consulting experience includes headquarters and back office location optimization, as well as real estate portfolio strategy. He utilizes labor and market analytics, forecasting models, and geo-spatial methods to deliver measurable solutions that align business goals and culture with location decisions.


Chase was formerly Managing Director of Research & Analytics, overseeing the research and business intelligence efforts of Transwestern's Boston, New York, and New Jersey offices. Prior to Transwestern, Chase opened the Boston office of Savills Studley after roles in New York City and Washington, DC. He is also the inventor of the FiestaFive, a patented product that is sold internationally.


An active volunteer in his community, Chase has worked with organizations such as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Children's Miracle Network and National High Five Project for Cancer Research.


Chase earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Roanoke College, where he was on the Dean’s List and played soccer and lacrosse.
