Chase Bourdelaise directs Transwestern’s Strategic Services and helps organizations make data-led real estate decisions. Chase specializes in advising clients through advanced analysis of financial models, demand forecasts, and transaction structures, labor markets, people data, commute patterns, and talent attraction using data science, visualization, and spatial analytics. He also supports the company’s global partnerships as a liaison with Devencore.


Chase has extensive experience as a valuable adviser to organizations delivering corporate real estate strategy and solutions that optimize location, labor, and financial impact. He helps companies make educated, effective, and cost-saving decisions related to site selection and expansion, relocation, consolidation, portfolio optimization, talent attraction, and workplace strategy. Prior to Transwestern, Chase opened the Boston office of Savills Studley after roles in New York City and Washington, DC where he worked on some of the firm's most complex assignments.

Chase was awarded Transwestern's National Innovation Award (2018) for an interactive application used to streamline real estate investment due diligence. An active volunteer in his community, Chase works with organizations such as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Children's Miracle Network and the National High Five Project for Cancer Research.


Chase graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Roanoke College, where he was on the Dean’s List and played soccer and lacrosse. He also maintains real estate licenses in Maryland, Washington, DC, New York, and Massachusetts.
