Chase Bourdelaise is a Managing Director of Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory & Workplace Solutions Practice, leads Strategic Consulting Services nationally, and supports the company’s global partnerships as a liaison with Devencore Canada.  His primary focus is on Tenant Advisory Services working with Tenants locally and nationally on complex real estate and leasing strategies for Headquarter transactions, relocations, build-to-suits, renewals, restructures, expansions and consolidations.
Chase offers expertise in location site selection, portfolio and occupancy strategy, labor market analysis, workplace strategy, advanced financial modeling, and transaction structuring.


Chase has extensive experience as a valuable adviser to organizations delivering corporate real estate strategy and solutions that optimize location, labor, and financial impact. Prior to Transwestern, Chase opened the Boston office of Savills Studley after roles in New York City and Washington, DC where he worked on some of the firm's most complex assignments.

Chase was awarded Transwestern's National Innovation Award (2018) for an interactive application used to streamline real estate investment due diligence. As a recognized thought leader, Chase has been quoted in several Real Estate Industry publications and Business Journals across the country. An active volunteer in his community, Chase works with organizations such as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Children's Miracle Network and the National High Five Project for Cancer Research.


Chase graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Roanoke College, where he was on the Dean’s List and played soccer and lacrosse. He also maintains real estate licenses in Maryland, Washington, DC, New York, and Massachusetts.
