TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Casey Tounget specializes in investment sales, multi-family and mixed-use development, asset management and agency leasing in Fort Worth and the DFW Metroplex.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining Transwestern, Casey was an associate and Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, where he joined on after graduating from the Neeley School of Business at TCU in December of 2012.

Casey has been an active broker in the Fort Worth market for 12 years with some of his recent major achievements including:
 
  • 3880 Hulen – purchase and leasing of 70,000 SF office building in West Fort Worth
  • The Vickery – 4.5 Ac site for Trademark’s mixed-use project
