Brooke Thornton

Brooke joins Transwestern as an Analyst on the Agency Leasing team in Dallas. In this role, she supports the leasing of commercial real estate portfolios on behalf of institutional and private clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Brooke performs financial analysis, market research, and real estate analytics to support leasing strategy and client objectives. She also assists with business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing client reports and leasing proposals, conducting property tours, and supporting the execution of commercial real estate transactions

Prior to joining Transwestern, Brooke served as the Primary Intern at Suburban Capital, where she supported hospitality and mixed-use real estate investment initiatives. In this role, she prepared investor presentations and offering materials, conducted market and competitor research, developed mapping analyses, and compiled industry insights to support investment strategy and capital raising efforts. Through this experience, she gained exposure to real estate investment analysis, market positioning, and the evaluation of development opportunities across multiple asset types.

Brooke received her Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication from Texas Christian University.
