Brittany Fernandez

Brittany is an Associate for Transwestern’s Healthcare team in the Dallas office. Brittany works on the real estate transaction team for Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest nonprofit health system in Texas. Her work specializes in transaction management, tenant advisory, agency leasing, market analysis, acquisitions and dispositions, new site selection and strategic real estate planning.

Brittany Fernandez specializes in healthcare and medical office leasing, tenant representation, portfolio strategy, and complex transaction execution across Texas. She advises leading healthcare systems and physician groups on renewals, expansions, ground leases, and lease restructures, ensuring real estate decisions align with long-term operational and financial objectives. Prior to Transwestern, Brittany managed a $3.3 billion multifamily portfolio at CBRE, bringing institutional asset management expertise to her healthcare assignments. She also served on JLL’s Healthcare & Life Sciences team, where she led national client accounts and negotiated transactions across multi-market portfolios. Her background in brokerage, asset management, development underwriting, and private equity acquisitions enables her to approach each assignment with a disciplined, data-driven, and strategic perspective.

Brittany earned her Master of Business Administration from Rice University, with a focus on finance and real estate. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi.
