TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Brett co-leads the Industrial Services division for Transwestern's Dallas office. Additionally, he specializes in project leasing, tenant advisory services, acquisitions and dispositions of industrial, flex, and office/tech buildings and land in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Brett has represented a wide array of clients, primarily owners and occupants of institutional grade industrial real estate, throughout his 15 year career. From 2013-2015, he completed approximately 4,200,000 square feet of transactions.
 
For ownership services, Brett currently handles leasing on approximately 5,000,000 SF of institutional grade industrial product in the Dallas Ft. Worth market. His institutional client list includes Clarion Partners, Colony Capital, Cabot Properties, DCT Industrial, RREEF/Deutsche Bank, Exeter Property Group, Capital Commercial, Transpacific, Huntington Industrial, Jackson Shaw and Cornerstone Advisers.
 
Some of Brett's occupier services clients include Henry Schein (242,000-square-foot regional distribution center), Airgas (290,000-square-foot regional distribution center), Stone Panels:  (167,000-square-foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility), SCP Distributors:   (137,700-square-foot regional distribution center), American Locker Group (100,500-square foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility), THARCO Container Corp (99,600- square-foot regional distribution center), W.W. Grainger (Negotiated six transactions totaling approx. 170,000-square-foot and approx. $9.5 million in transaction volume; Transactions consisted of 3 leases, 1 build-to-suit, 1 design-build purchase, and 1 raw land purchase), Omni Logistics (84,000-square-foot regional distribution center), Rohde & Schwarz USA (75,000-square-foot office/flex space in multiple US markets) and Liberty Carton (73,000-square-foot distribution and fulfillment center).
