For ownership services, Brett currently handles leasing on approximately 5,000,000 SF of institutional grade industrial product in the Dallas Ft. Worth market. His institutional client list includes Clarion Partners, Colony Capital, Cabot Properties, DCT Industrial, RREEF/Deutsche Bank, Exeter Property Group, Capital Commercial, Transpacific, Huntington Industrial, Jackson Shaw and Cornerstone Advisers.

Grainger (Negotiated six transactions totaling approx. 170,000-square-foot and approx. $9.5 million in transaction volume; Transactions consisted of 3 leases, 1 build-to-suit, 1 design-build purchase, and 1 raw land purchase), Omni Logistics (84,000-square-foot regional distribution center), Rohde & Schwarz USA (75,000-square-foot office/flex space in multiple US markets) and Liberty Carton (73,000-square-foot distribution and fulfillment center).
