Avery Clynes is an Analyst on Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory Services team based in the Dallas office. She supports a team that manages a 22 million-square-foot healthcare real estate portfolio, delivering expertise in transaction management, tenant representation, market research and strategic real estate planning. Avery plays a key role in advising healthcare clients on optimizing their real estate strategies to align with operational goals and market dynamics.

Avery earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma.
